Today no com.skills class.... Next class to be attended is DCN at 6.30pm+++ ..Hai~~ Jus update my Wishlists... Think its time for me to really fulfil them one by one... hmmm gave up eating extrim... Money i saved so hard had been wasted on them... SUX... I sweared not to touch slimming pills again... Argh~~ waste my money... well well well tt doesnt mean i giving up my weight too... Saw too many pretty ladies in n outside sch lei... Sad :(... I dun wanna live in ppl's "despise"(if i spell it correctly") again... Only thing to do is to control diet n exercise lor... I determined not to eat snacks, sweets(only those fat-free sweets are allowed)... sweet Drinks ("Only diet-coke/drinks or plain water allowed) .. -----------STARTING FROM TODAY--------- and lets see i can see the results in one month time.... OH ya to remind myself again n again of wat i've eatten i am going record wat i've it everyday in my blog.... So far i've eaten
1) 1/2 bowl of Mee Hoon Soup with 3 prawns, some meat and fish
2) berrynice yougurt from MAc without the nuts or wat so everAdding on meal after lesson3) Chicken rice(roasted)
4)french fries(baked)
Oops over-eat....:P MUST CUT DOWN ARGH....
