Ingredients for Caipiroska cocktails:
-Vodka
-8 wedges Lime
-sudar
-crushed ice

Methods:
Crush sugar into lime wedges with a spoon. Place lime wedges int he bottom of an 8oz. glass.
Cover with crushed ice. Pour vodka to fill the glass.

Ingredients for Lychee Martini:
-1 measure(50ml) premium vodka
-2 tsp fresh lychee juice
-Ice
-1 lychee, peeled and stoned

Mixing instructions:
Shake together with vodka, lychee juice and ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with peeled lychee. :)
